Having trouble because the wire connection part is incorrect.

There is a remote control in both the product description and the product manual.

I liked this cloth dryer though parts need to be assembled. it is very light and could be moved away when not in use. delivery time was very slow. it took more than 4 weeks because it was considered a bulky item.
