Works like a charm. Takes a lot longer to warm up than the smaller size but this one feels a lot sturdier and can take larger pieces.

I ordered the small one, which doesn’t come with gloves but does have ten blankets to place under the piece to cook. If you want the gloves, you have to order the one that includes a full kit.
