The instant hot water looks good, quality materials, easy to install. But be careful with the electrical connections ! The power cable is 6mm in diameter, you need a separate power supply with a 32a fuse, when turned on it consumes a lot of current! It cannot be powered from a normal outlet. The water flow is very low, about 1.8 l/m to provide water at an outlet of 40 *c….45 *c and at the inlet 18 *c, so it does not have a very good efficiency for showering or when the water inlet temperature is very lower (below 10 *c). Otherwise it is ok!

Speedy delivery, very well packaged in custom foam pice and cardboard outer carton, the item comes with mounting screws and a set of instructions. installation is very straight forward, use stainledd flexible hoses for first 30cm. cold in hot out. wiring is just the usual 3 core cable, but 4mm so has to be into connection blocks rather than a plug.
