It is quiet even at maximum wind speed. The wind is not strong, and you can only feel the coolness of the wind at a certain distance. The bottom of the handle is not completely flat, so it needs a stand to be used upright, and the handle is round in shape. The switch is protruding, so if you bend it 90 degrees and place it on a table, it will lie on its side. The lid comes off easily, so I recommend purchasing adhesive glue together with it.
