Return and Refund

Connected to a 12V car socket. A glass of water with a volume of about 300g boiled in 15 minutes. But the problem was that after 15 minutes of operation, the kettle’s wires got very hot. I was afraid it would melt. I think it would be possible to make the wires thicker, and then using the kettle would be safe.
