Arrived in a crumpled box, but the bowl itself is intact, plastic but odorless. All the elements inside were somehow separated, but I put them back in place and everything works. Nice humidifier, there are several modes, I use the one that provides continuous steam. Helps against dryness from batteries. And it works all night, 10 hours continuously, which is a plus. It evaporates about 400 ml of water per night.
