It heats slowly. From a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, it heats up to 23 degrees and that’s it. I need to buy another heater.

This item leaks from inside the unit, seller offered me £3.94 refund or send back. As i had removed the plug to hard wire it in to a fused spur they would not have refunded me the full amount if i had sent it back so all in all unfortunately a terrible experience and i’m out of pocket over £20!

No leaks or flow failures occur.
HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT IS NOT HEATING THE WATER.
The voltage, hydraulic and power connections were checked. No problem.
It just DOESN’T HEAT THE WATER.
