The purchase was great, although the box came all crushed, it didn’t compromise the product and its quality! It was worth it.

Great for saving time in the morning as you don’t have to check on it while eggs are cooking. The only reason i don’t put 5stars is that the metal surface where water is poured already started rusting . Other than that it takes around 10-12 minutes to have great hard boiled eggs depending on the size .

The only thing was wrong is my box was bad is all other than that it came as it said it’s a gift for someone i hope they like it

The package was destroyed in shipping (in a bag with no packing material). I’m not even going to plug it in because of potential hazard.
There were 4 computer fans in the order and have no idea if they’ll even work after being so damaged, complete waste of money and time.
Said one week shipping before ordering and it took 2 weeks. Won’t be ordering from ali express ever again.

Very flimsy little device but once you work it out it works very well. The instructions are useless. They refer to a beaker that has markings for times and egg state desired such as soft, medium, hard but the beaker only has ml levels on it to 40ml. It doesn’t have an alarm on it either. When the light switches off it’s ready so you have to set your own timer. Also the egg piercer i eventually discovered is on the bottom of the beaker but it’s just a small pointed plastic extrusion and is useless. In any event i haven’t had one egg crack in cooking. It needed an adaptor for australia. For the money it’s a great little machine and i can easily get soft boil, medium or hard by varying the amount of water and learning the time by initially keeping an eye on when the light goes out and setting a timer on my watch for future cooks. The off-putting thing is egg suppliers are obviously saving on feeding their chickens calcium in australia. Egg shells are paper thin these days and tricky.
