The quality is very poor. Even though I set the device to the highest level, the water only gets 23 degrees warm. This is absolutely insufficient for a hot water device. I would never order this product again. No recommendation for purchase!

It works well, I’m satisfied. It makes a sound just like a rocket whistling; the device makes a slight whistling noise. I don’t know if other brands make the same kind of sounds, but it functions well and does what it’s supposed to do.

I purchased two electric instant water heaters through AliExpress. One of the devices was installed professionally and put into operation as intended.
In short, an explosion-like malfunction occurred without any warning. This caused significant damage to the mirror and the sink cabinet.
The device is clearly defective and poses a significant safety risk.
I therefore demand:
Full refund of the purchase price for both devices
Replacement of the property damage in the amount of 490 EUR
Photographic documentation is available.
Please confirm the refund process within 10 days, otherwise I will take legal action.
