    Poor foam is only noticeable in the light foam mode, and the milk is never hot, I prefer the frother on my coffee maker.

    First of all, I was surprised by the delivery speed; ordered on Sunday and arrived on Wednesday. It looks good, mostly made of well-crafted aluminum. The first tests yielded more than satisfactory results, with abundant foam. Easy to clean.

    The operation is good, but the rotating part of the frother tends to get stuck; it improves significantly with a drop of cooking oil after washing. Also, it is not well balanced.

    I either got a defective unit or this frother is very badly designed. The spiral thing pops off the base all the time during frothing and ruins the milk. Happens oke 4 out of 5 times. No matter how well i seat it back in it still happens.

    The frothing programs are also badly made. Thick foam mode produces foam that immediately breaks down into two layers, instead of just frothed milk. Thin foam mode produces milk that’s barely frothy, wouldn’t even be able to tell the difference between that and just milk.

    So two stars, because at least it works, and is easy to clean, but cheap brothers that i’ve had for half the prices produced way better results.

    It’s a product that I was already familiar with but had returned because it was poorly finished. This one is very well-made and I can tell you that it’s also functional. Excellent seller, extremely punctual in delivery and packaging.
