HOW TO USE
Setting Up The Bedsheet
1.Place the bedsheet on the bed.
2. Insert one end of the Earthing cord into the ground port (third hole)
of a properly grounded wall outlet or connect to cord of an Earthing
ground rod placed in the Earth outside.
Snap the other end of Earthing cord onto the receptor tab on the bedsheet.
3. When you lie down any bare skin contact will transfer the Earth’s energy to your body once you connect the sheet.
How To Wash and Care For Your Earthing Sheet

Wash a minimum of 2x per month or weekly

Wash in a washing machine or better hands washing.

Wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 celsius).

Delivered to the us after 8 days of placing my order. Been an avid user of the earthing bedsheet. Maybe it’s just me but i really find it helps with lowering inflammation like muscle and back pains. It makes me sleep longer and want to stay in bed the whole day. I love this because it has left and right electricity conduction unlike my previous bedsheets. I hope my husband dont’t tear his side of bed again coz its kinda expensive lol.

Well, I think it’s a good sheet but we need to put it to the test to see if the promised results are effective. Although I think the grounding plug should come in the package and it doesn’t. There are other sellers who do include that plug, I think it should be included so that it would be the complete package.

Truly excellent grounding bedsheet. Compared to my existing bedsheet from another brand/seller, this is of a denser silver thread count and with double contacts one on each side. Add benefits is this is a fitted bedsheet. After receiving this i am planning on making another order for a spare bedsheet to facilitate washing. Highly recommended.
