Operation Procedure:

Read the instruction manual completely before testing, and return the test strip and urine specimen to room temperature (18℃-30℃) before use.

1. Remove the reagent strips from the original aluminum foil pouch and use them as soon as possible within 1 hour.

2. Insert the reagent strip into the urine specimen in the direction of the arrow. Note: The urine level should not exceed the labeled line of the strip.

3. Remove the strip after at least 3-10 seconds and place it on a clean, flat surface; it can also be left in the urine cup until the result is read.

4. Wait for the appearance of the purplish-red stripe, the result should be read within 3-5 minutes, after 10 minutes the result is considered invalid.

Result Determination:

Positive (+): Two red bands appear. One is located in the test area (T) and the other in the quality control area (C). The T line is thicker than the C line, or the C and T lines are equally thick.

Negative (-): One or two red bands are present. One is in the test area (T) and the other is in the control area (C), but the T line is lighter than the C line, or no T line is present.

Invalid: The absence of a red band in the QC zone (C) is an indication of incorrect procedure or deterioration of the reagent strip. In this case, the instructions should be read carefully again and the test should be repeated with a new reagent strip. If the problem persists, stop using the lot immediately and contact your local supplier.

Note: The color band between the QC and test lines of the reagent strips may vary in color depending on the amount of LH in the urine, and the results will be determined according to the above criteria.
