    The product looks great however the item was shipped without the retaining nut so it cannot be secured properly. Attempting to make contact to resolve this issue has been unsuccessful. I keep getting told to add another product to my cart, finalized the sale but do not pay for it. I have repeatedly asked for clarification but have been given none.

    Very inaccurate. 12 volts connected and it shows 11.6 volts. At 14.4 volts, it shows 13.9 volts.
