I ordered a door handle and these bowl shaped things as pack but the handles were missing. I asked the seller about it and they offered a return but this is a hassle for me and i have to pay for the return shipping fee. I am asking them to just send the missing parts but only the chatbot is replying to my questions. They want me to send the delivered parts and order again once refund is made. This is just so unfair on my part as it is the sellers fault for delivering incomplete items.
