First of all, i often buy it in china, but there is a problem with selling products that do not indicate the size of shoes, and since i’ve purchased shoes several times, i chose the right size, but the delivered shoes don’t fit
I think the wrong size was delivered.
I checked the delivery after fielding it, and it’s less than the size i ordered, so i can’t wear it.
In this case, shouldn’t you accept the return and exchange it?
우선 불만인 것인 중국에서 자주 구매를 하는 데 이렇게 신발사이즈가 표시되지않은 제품을 판매하는 자체가 문제가 있고 그간 몇번 신발을 구매했기 떄문에 그기에 맞는 신발 사이즈를 선택하였는데 배송된 신발은 사이즈가 맞지 않아요
잘못된 사이즈가 배달 된 것 같아요.
배송을 밭은 후 확인 해 보니까 주문한 사이즈 보다 적어서 신지를 못하고 있습니다.
이런 경우 반품을 받아주고 바꿔 줘야 하는것 아닌가요?
