• The insole of FiveFinger shoes is fixed and cannot be removed. Please do not try to take it out.
• Internal shoe space = foot length + 0.5cm (normal comfort allowance). This is not considered too big.
• If your foot length falls between two sizes, choose the next 0.5cm larger size (e.g., foot length 22.8cm → choose size 36).
• FiveFinger shoes have a snug,Bonding design. They may feel tight at first but will adapt after 2-3 days of wear.
✂️ How to Accurately Measure Your Foot Length (Avoid Disputes)
① Stand barefoot on white paper, trace outline
② Measure from heel to longest toe (CM)
③ Round to millimeter, compare with "Recommended Foot Range" above

✅ Correct way: Measure your foot length, then select the size whose "Recommended Foot Range" includes your measurement.

❌ Incorrect way: Buy directly based on your usual EU size for sneakers/leather shoes (different brands fit very differently).

📌 FiveFinger fit note: These shoes are ergonomically designed to fit snugly without extra space. If you prefer a looser fit, consider ordering 0.5-1 size larger.

Thank you for your order! If the shoes feel tight, it's normal for the first 2 days. FiveFinger shoes are designed to fit like a glove.
If you still think the size is wrong, please measure your actual foot length (stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe). Then compare with our size chart on the product page.
Our standard: internal length = foot length + 0.5cm. If the shoes are shorter than your foot length + 0.5cm, contact us for a refund.
Please contact us before opening a dispute – we will solve it quickly.

"Hello, sorry for the size issue. Since the insole is fixed and cannot be removed, please measure your actual foot length (stand on paper, heel to longest toe in cm). Then insert a soft ruler or string inside the shoe from heel to toe to get the internal length. Our standard: internal length = foot length + 0.5cm. If internal length is less than your foot length + 0.5cm, we will refund. If it's within normal range, we suggest wearing for 2 days to break in. Thank you for understanding."
